WISY Vortex Fine Filters
Sturdy construction, no additional filter housing chamber in concrete required - directly installed in subsoil material; compacted gravel foundation required for driveway installation.
Rainwater from the roof enters the filter inlet connection via a horizontal drainpipe and is widely spread over the cylinder-shaped filter mesh. The rainwater is then drawn through the vertical stainless-steel mesh of the fine filter insert by natural adhesion. The adhesion-force is a physical characteristic of water which "sticks" to surfaces like water drops on a car-windscreen.
The filtered water flows through the filter outlet to the storage tank, whilst the previously separated dirt & solids are washed into the drain with the remaining residual water.
More than 95% of rainwater entering the WFF WISY Vortex Fine Filter is collected by this principle.
